An annual national celebration of arts, culture, and creativity.

Every year, thousands of free events are connected under a three-week national campaign from September 20 to October 13, 2024, to encourage people across Canada to engage with, participate in, and support arts and culture in their communities.

Culture Days is an opportunity to collectively express the full spectrum of arts, culture, and creativity in our community and across Canada.

No Fees

Each program offered is free. The purpose of Culture Days events are to provide the public barrier-free opportunities to participate in arts and cultural experiences, with the aim of inspiring continued future involvement in the cultural life of local communities. 

How to Participate

If you would like to participate in an activity, visit our local page of summarized Culture Day activities to find an activity of interest. Activities have been arranged by date. Once you have found an activity, click to reveal full details such as date, time, and location and whether or not registration is required.
