The Kamloops Film Society is proud to present the 3rd Annual Stseptékwles re Sk’elép (Coyote Stories) Indigenous Film Festival from September 27th to 29th, 2024, at the Paramount Theatre (503 Victoria Street). Led by an Indigenous Festival Committee and the KFS Festival Coordinator, and building off the success of 2023, the festival is set to once again be a premiere cultural experience showcasing Indigenous films, with a particular focus on Canadian content. In addition to an exciting lineup of feature films, the festival will again highlight contemporary Indigenous filmmakers, actors, artists, and organizations.

About

The Indigenous Film Festival, presented in partnership with Tk̓emlúps te Secwépemc, was launched in the fall of 2022. Guided by an all Indigenous Committee, the festival is now an annual staple of the film society’s offerings.
