Join us for the Kamloops Premiere of “CALM BENEATH CASTLES” produced by Matchstick Productions at the Paramount Theatre on Thursday, November 14, 2024. This event is a partnership between the TRU Students’ Union and the Sun Peaks Freestyle Club.

Calm Beneath Castles is an awe-inspiring ski movie that delves into the heart, soul, and mind of skiers driven by an insatiable thirst for adventure and discovery. Following the world’s best skiers to breathtaking locations, it captures their quirks, instincts, and passion as they prepare and take on the mountain. Through stunning cinematography and compelling storytelling, Calm Beneath Castles inspires viewers with its portrayal of the skiers’ relentless pursuit of their goals and their harmonious relationship with the mountains.

The movie begins at 6:30 p.m. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. Join us early to buy beers and participate in the prize draws. Tickets are $10 for TRU students and $15 for general admission. Reserve your ticket below!

Proceeds from the ticket sales shared as fundraiser for the Freestyle Club and TRU Foundation to fund an award for TRU Students in the Adventure Program.
