Skate Parks in KamloopsKamloops skate park is a massive 2,000 square metre park which will keep skaters entertained for hours. It holds some of the best features in B.C including flat banks, euro gaps, stairs, ledges, bowls and a pyramid style fun box. Four and eight foot quarter pipes line the upper decks for maximum speed and flow, then spine into a three foot on the other side for a low commitment transfer.
Kamloops hosted the Slam City Jam contest where visiting pro tours came rolling through and said it was one of the best parks they had ever skated.
Other Skate Parks in Kamloops
There's as smaller, yet challenging, skate park across the street from Exhibition Park and Charles Anderson Stadium. The skate park is fully fenced and has a great view of the Thompson Rivers and Rivers trail. Skaters will test their tricks and enduranced on some exciting jumps at this skate park which is usually not too crowded.
