The recently opened Tournament Capital Centre is located at 910 McGill Road. The Tournament Capital Centre consists of the Fieldhouse, Gymnastics Centre, Canada Games Pool, Indoor Throws Room, Work-out facilities, an outdoor artificial turf soccer field, and several banquet rooms and retail space. There are 16 change rooms in total, and a media press room.

The Fieldhouse consists of an indoor 6 lane, 200 meter track surrounding 3 NBA size basketball courts and seating for 2,200. There will be 2 hardwood championship basketball courts and one removable hardwood court. The room itself is the size of 3 NHL Hockey rinks (65,000 square feet). They will have a vinyl floor for meetings and trade shows.
The Centre will also house a Gymnastics Centre, approximately 15,000 square feet.
The Canada Games Pool which was built for the Canada Summer Games in 1993. The pool is 50 meters with 8 lanes and diving equipment for 1, 3 & 5 meters.

Gymnastics Area
There will be 8,000 square feet of space designated for top of the line, brand new workout facilities. 3,000 square feet will be used for meetings and conferences.

Exercise facilities
Kamloops will be the first in BC to have an indoor throws room for track and field.

The new Centre will also house the Sage Medical Centre, home to orthopaedic surgeon, Dr. Ross Outerbridge, sport physiotherapist, Tracy Kelly; Athletic Therapist - Kevin Brechin; as well as offices for Pacific Sport, and local athletic organizations.
